How It Works

As your Yoga Therapist, I will help you process and transform your grief. Grief comes in many forms and as a result, we often don’t understand or realize that our emotional state is a direct result of grief.

I have experienced grief in my life; not only with loss of a loved one, but also with monumental life changes. Understanding and managing that grief, through custom Yoga Therapy, will give you the power and strength to move forward and enjoy all the blessings that life has to offer.

If you are ready to move forward, I can help you transition the body and mind through movement, sounds, neurovascular holds, mediation practice and breathing practices.

I weave together my many years of training in Yoga Therapy, Yoga, Personal training and Energy Medicine Yoga to create a unique protocol for your specific needs.
